POOL CLEANING


Pool will be vacuumed brushed and skimmed at time of service.

CHEMICALS


Chemicals are added to achieve acceptable safety protocol levels.

FILTRATION EQUIPMENT


Filters will be backwashed and/or hosed down as needed or as indicated by pressure gauge. This also includes cleaning out skimmer baskets, cleaner bags and filter pump baskets.

POOL/SPA CLOSINGS


We offer pool closings/winterization.  This process consist of cleaning, lowering water level and adding chemicals. All lines will be blown out and plugged to remove any water to prevent PVC pipes from freezing and cracking over the winter months.

WATER ANALYSIS


All chemicals will be tested and adjusted accordingly.

SKIM SURFACE OF POOL


We skim the surface of the pool to remove any debris that have fallen in the pool.

WHAT WE DO

  • We test your pool water and provide and apply pool minerals and chemicals to keep your pool water in optimum condition
  • Record chemical readings
  • Add basic chemicals (chlorine tabs, chlorine, shock, muriatic acid)
  • Chemicals other than regular maintenance chemicals will be charged separately as needed (algaecide, phosphate remover, stain treatment chemicals, etc....) with your consent.
  • We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets, Polaris/cleaner bag
  • We backwash your filter every week as needed or when dictated by the pressure gauge
  • Pool closings/winterization
  • Pool openings

  • Maintain proper water level (This is important since we are only at your pool once a week)
